Abstract

Digital wellness is the best possible level of healthiness that can be achieved by an individual using digital technology in a balanced manner. Given the current times where the usage of smartphones and social media platforms has become omnipresent in our lives, the need to adopt digital wellness as a way of maintaining overall good health has become necessary. Digital wellness involves a number of dimensions, including trends, lived experiences, and technological innovations. Purpose of the Research This paper seeks to explore how digital wellness can be adopted in today's world by examining the various trends associated with this phenomenon, the lived experience of individuals who have already undergone such experiences, and technological innovations related to this idea.
