Abstract

Sustainable management practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have become central to modern business strategy, reflecting the growing need for organizations to balance economic performance with social and environmental responsibilities. This study examines how sustainable management practices—such as resource efficiency, ethical governance, stakeholder engagement, and environmental stewardship—contribute to organizational sustainability and long-term value creation. the relationship between CSR initiatives and business performance, highlighting how responsible practices enhance corporate reputation, customer trust, and employee commitment. It emphasizes the role of sustainability in addressing global challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, and social inequality, while also creating opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
