Abstract

Workplace diversity has become an important factor influencing organizational productivity and overall business performance in the modern globalized environment. Diversity in the workplace refers to the inclusion of employees from different cultural, social, educational, ethnic, gender, age, and professional backgrounds within an organization. Modern organizations increasingly recognize that a diverse workforce contributes to creativity, innovation, effective problem-solving, and improved decision-making processes.
